Willem Oosthuizen and Theo Martins Jackson, two white men in South Africa who were caught on tape forcing a black man into a coffin have been arraigned.

They were arraigned before the Middelburg Magistrate Court in South Africa on charges of assault and kidnapping. The victim, Victor Rethabile, told the court "They were accusing me of trespassing. They beat me up and forced me into the coffin."
The two accused, Willem Oosthuizen and Theo Martins Jackson, appeared briefly in the Middelburg Magistrate court east of the capital Pretoria before the case was postponed until January 25. The men will remain in custody until the case resumes.
