The management of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, on Tuesday in Lagos announced plans to float the Stanbic IBTC ETF 30, which opens between Monday, September 15 and Wednesday, October 15, 2014.
Directors of the company and professional parties sealed the deal to issue 10 million units of the fund of 100 each at par, with minimum subscription of 10,000 units and multiples of 5,000 units thereafter.
The deal to float the fund followed approvals for the registration and listing of the units of the fund obtained from the Securities and Exchange Commission and The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
