Media officer of the Super Eagles Ben Alaiya has revealed that Stephen Keshi and his entire crew will quit at the end of the African Cup of Nations qualifiers in November whether or not they qualify the team for the championship.
Alaiya, who was fired along with the Keshi-led coaching crew by the Amaju Pinnick NFF board insisted that Keshi and his crew are not desperate, but rather wants to help qualify the eagles for the nation’s cup.
"It’s a restoration period and I’m sure somehow if we get it right, qualify and win the Nations Cup again we’ll step down and let others take over” Alaiya told footballlive.ng
"There’s nothing desperate about this job and the public should be well advised about it,” he said.
