Sports Sudan vs Nigeria update: Super Eagles have arrived in Khartoum

Nigeria's Super Eagles have touched down in Khartoum for the first leg of their 2015 African Nations Cup qualifiers against Sudan.

The team arrived early this morning in Sudan,landing at about 6am local time and proceeded to their hotel.

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi had this week requested that the Nigeria Football Federation(NFF) airlift his team with a chartered flight for convience,so that they wouldn't have any hitches in their travel plans for the match.

The NFF yielded to the team's demand and provided a chartered flight that got the Super Eagles to Sudan.

Nigeria will tomorrow in Khartoum play the first leg of the qualifiying series before hosting the return fixture next week.

The Super Eagles are scheduled to train at the Khartoum Stadium today by 8pm to have a feel of the artificial turf.

Tomorrow's game will be played by 8pm local time(6pm Nigerian time)
