A busy summer market indeed. The Premier League seems to be the centre of action as teams scout in other leagues to strengthen up. A couple of signings lately and here are the gossips and transfer possibilities for today.

- Liverpool are in discussions over a €20 million deal to bring Ruben Neves to Anfield, with Porto open to selling the highly rated 19-year-old midfielder. (Diário de Notícias)

- Manchester United have agreed a deal worth £35 million with Borussia Dortmund to sign Henrikh Mkhitaryan, with the midfielder receiving a £6.7m signing-on fee and wages of £200,000 a week over a four-year deal. (Sport Bild)

- West Ham want to win the race for in-demand Vincent Janssen with a €20 million bid but the AZ striker is only interested in joining Tottenham after already rejecting a move to Paris Saint-Germain. (De Telegraaf)

- Thomas Vermaelen is edging closer to a move to Roma with Barcelona willing to let the 30-year-old leave for around €8 million after an injury-ravaged two-year spell at Camp Nou. (Sport)

- Arsenal are looking to bring in Borussia Dortmund defender Neven Subotic, as the Serbia international has called time on his spell in Germany due to a lack of playing time in recent seasons. (Il Messaggero)

- Barcelona have completed the signing of 16-year-old Franco Bartucci from Estudiantes. Bartucci will link up with the rest of the Blaugrana squad from August 8. (Olé)
