Ex Nigerian international, Jonathan Akpoborie, has labelled Sunday Oliseh sentimental for recalling Seattle Sounders goal machine, Obafemi Martins into the Super Eagles.
The 30-year old forward was came in for Chelsea's John Mikel Obi following his return to the team after two years, but the MLS player could not find the net against Swaziland Friday's World Cup qualifier in Lubumba.
“I thought they brought back Martins to score goals for Nigeria? No Nigerian coach is above sentiments,” Akpoborie wrote on his Twitter handle.
The return fixture comes up in Port Harcout on Tuesday and a win for the Eagles will see them progress into the group stage of the qualifiers.
