JAMB, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, is poised to unveil the results of the highly anticipated 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar of JAMB, will host a press conference in Abuja on Monday to disclose the outcomes and address any pertinent issues.

This announcement was relayed to journalists in the capital city through a notice issued by Fabian Benjamin, the Head of Public Relations. The release of results for candidates who recently took the UTME exam is slated for Monday, April 29, with subsequent releases following once a comprehensive review process is concluded. The delay in result publication underscores JAMB's commitment to meticulous scrutiny, aimed at ensuring the authenticity and integrity of the results.

With over 1.9 million candidates registered for the 2024 UTME across more than 700 Computer-Based Test centers nationwide, the board's proactive measures seek to address concerns such as impersonation, biometric data discrepancies, and exam misconduct.

The 2024 UTME, which commenced on Friday, April 19, 2024, is expected to conclude today, marking a significant milestone for aspiring tertiary education students nationwide.
