Ibrahim Isah, one of the ambassadorial nominees presented by President Muhammadu Buhari during the week goofed when asked to recite the National pledge before the senate.
When he reached the third to the last line, he said, “To defend her unity and integrity,” instead of “to defend her unity and uphold her honour and glory.”
He however realized his mistake and completed the pledge seconds later.
Click here to see other nominees who also goofed while reciting the national anthem or pledge. There are five of them.
