Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, this morning filed notice of appeal and application for stay of execution at the Court of Appeal in Abuja against the ruling of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court.
Recall that the Dr Okezie Ikpeazu was yeaterday sacked by the Federal High Court Abuja sitting in Abuja which ordered his removal from office and directed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to cede the certificate of return to his opponent in the Primary Election, Uche Ogah.
