The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said President Goodluck Jonathan can go to court if he feels that the statement credited to the chairman of the party is a libel. In an earlier development, the chairman of the party had called Jonathan’s presidency a kindergarten presidency, a statement that does not go well with the government

The National Publicity Secretary of APC, Alhaji Lai Mohammed said that what Chief Akande said is the true nature of things, and that a democratically elected government should not be against constructive criticism.
