Abubakar Shekau, Leader of the Islamist terrorist group, Boko Haram said his group will attack the United States of America.
In a 40-minute video made public through Nigerian journalists, Shekau also claimed that God gave his group “victory” in the airforce base and army barracks attack in the city of Maiduguri, the home base for the shadowy Islamist militant group. Part of the video shows what is believed to be an excerpt of the terrorist attack on the military facilities in Maiduguri.
According to the Nigerian Tribune, a journalist who saw the video says Shekau is holding what appears to be a Russian-made rifle and is extremely agitated during portions of his 19-minute message. He alternates between Hausa, Arabic and Kanuri languages.
