Threat letters purportedly written by boko haram have been found in in Sabon Gari village of Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.
According to NIGERIAN TRIBUNE, local vigilante in Sabon Gari village said that threat letters warning villagers to wake up and join force with the insurgents to fight ‘Holy War’ against ‘Infidels’ or face more attacks was found at the scene of the explosion that killed over 50 people on a market day on Tuesday at Sabon Gari.
Wakil Modu, a vigilante member who spoke to journalists said, the threat letter purportedly written in ‘Hausa’ by the Islamic sect, Boko Haram urged the people that, fighting the cause of Allah is a holy business, which all who believe must wake up to join in the blessing of hereafter.
