A High Court in Lagos has granted an order of 'interlocutory injunction' which restrains the African Independent Communication network (AIT) from airing a documentary seeking to attack the APC national leader, PM News is reporting.
It will be remembered that last month Bola Tinubu sued Daar communications for defamation of character following the airing of a documentary which described him as corrupt.
The judge said: “I hereby order an interlocutory injunction in this suit restraining the defendant from further airing, publishing or disseminating broadcasting the documentary ‘Lion of Bourdilion’ which it started broadcasting on March 1, pending the determination of the substantive suit."
