According to a report from The Nation, the EFCC is in the process of securing rights to seize assets of ex Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison Madueke located in America.
This is part of a $10bn investigation, the report said, adding that EFCC Chairman Ibrahim Magu just returned from the United States where he discussed with the authorities over the issue.
It said about $10billion has been traced to Mrs. Alison-Madueke and her business associates, Mr. Kola Aluko and Chief Jide Omokore in the past year.
