Police in Asaba, Delta State, have arrested a self-acclaimed apostle, identified as Paul for the alleged abduction and rape of a 21-year-old woman, Esther, in Ibusa area of the state capital. Paul, had allegedly held the victim captive in his shop for about one week, before he was caught
