World Ghana Election: 'CHANGE' Candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo Edges to Victory

New Patriotic Party (NPP), opposition party in the 2016 Presidential election in Ghana and its Candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo may be on their way to victory as he is currently leading polling 52% of votes already counted.

Incumbent President, John Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has 45% of votes.

Akufo-Addo first contested in 2008 but lost to John Atta Mills.

He again contested in the 2012 national elections against the NDC candidate, the late Mills’ successor as President, John Mahama, and lost.
