Sports Jay Jay Okocha and Kanu Nwankwo to study how to read games for Nigeria

Former Super Eagles skippers Austin Jay Jay Okocha and Nwankwo Kanu were among the people selected by the Nigeria Football Federation(NFF) to go on a training course in England.

Seventeen people were selected by the NFF to embark on the journey, with the aim of equipping and helping them develop more on how to read matches and impacting their knowledge on the national team.

Last week, NFF president Amaju Pinnick noted that the federation lacked competent analysts that can help out the technical crew decipher how to break down opponents.

The other people earmarked to make the trip to the United Kingdom are coaches : Shaibu Amodu,John Obuh, Isa Ladan Bosso, and Salisu Yusuf.

Others include: Paul Aigbogun, Kelechi Emeteole, David Ngodigha, Edema Fuludu, Yisa Sofoluwe, Garba Lawal, Dahiru Sadi, Siji Lagunju, Ann Chiejine, Florence Omagbemi and Garba Musa.

They are expected to leave for England from January 17 and will stay there until February 8, 2015.

The trip will be sponsored by Taleveras Foundation, who are partnering with the NFF.
