Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has insisted that Ivorian midfielder, Yaya Toure will not be sold by the club.
A report emerged on Friday that City will be considering offloading the the 31-year-old, with concerns over his form.
Toure has been facing scathing criticisms this season over his performances,with his body language suggesting that he could be disillusioned .
"There are a lot of reports Yaya will be sold. Nowhere in this club are we talking about that. Yaya is very important," Pellegrini told reporters
The City manager also confirmed that Vincent Kompany will miss Saturday's trip to QPR with a calf problem, and could be ruled out of next week's international fixtures too.
"He has a calf problem. It is not serious but I don’t know if he will be ready for his international squad."
