The Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP, on Thursday started screening 7 party members who have indicated interest to contest the Anambra governorship elections, which will take place in November 2017.

Here are those screened:

• Ifeanyi Ubah, Chairman of Capital Oil
• Stella Oduah, former minister of aviation
• Oseloka Obaze, former Secretary of Anambra State
• Alex Obiogolu
• John Emeka
• Akolisa Ufodike
• Lynda Ikpeazu.
