Nigeria's former Senate Leader, Senator Ali Ndume was on Wednesday handed a 6-month suspension by the Red Chamber for bringing the institution into disrepute.
Ndume was said to have caused the certificate saga of Dino Melaye and Bukola Saraki's issue with the customs over a seized car after the rejection of Ibrahim Magu by the house.
Before he was suspended, Bukola Saraki stepped down and allowed Ike Ekweremadu to handle plenary.
Ike Ekweremadu was in charge when the report was read while Sam Anyanwu is chairman of the committee that wrote the report. Yusuf Abubakar chastised Ndume, he said Ndume should've known better than to make bogus statements at plenary. Signatories to the report include:
