The Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences commission, ICPC on thursday 1st of August, 2013 arraigned a David Iornem before the federal high court in Abuja for operating a fake university.
The accused was charged on three counts which include posing as a professor and offering admissions to different people for post-graduate studies. He pleaded not guilty.
Justice A. R. Mohammed granted a bail of 100,000 naira with one surety in like sum who must be a civil servant in the employment of the Federal Government or any of its agencies.
The case has been adjourned to September 19 for trial.
