The Presidency has faulted Business Day report on President Muhammadu Buhari's appointments with over 80 per cent as northerners.
Bashir Ahmad, the Special assistant to the President on new media, while reacting in a series of tweets said the list would have been better if heads of PTAD ITF NCMB SON NPAD NIPC OGFZA PEF and many were captured.

He described the report as Blatant lie, saying many names mostly from SOUTH were deliberately omitted.
“FTR, Ogun and Imo have the highest no of heads of agencies under President Muhammadu Buhari.”
In the list compiled by Business Day, the paper had said 81 appointments by President Buhari tilted to the north while 19 others were spread across other zones.
