A Federal High Court in Abuja, today gave a ruling on the Muhammadu Buhari certificate scandal.
Naij reports that at the ruling, Justice Ademola Adeniyi said the matter has been adjourned sine die [indefinitely] follow the notice of appeal filed by the president.
The president had yesterday, June 15, appealed against Adeniyi’s May 26 ruling dismissing his preliminary objection in a suit by an Abuja base lawyer, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe.
