Business FAAC: What Each State Received As Federal Allocation For September 2016

Minister of finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun said Federal, state governments and the local councils shared N420 billion as revenue for September.

This month revenue dwindled against N510.3 billion shared in August.

A breakdown of the amounts received by each of the 36 states from the federation account in September revealed that Osun State got the least of the N143.6b distributable revenue generated for the month of September and shared by the states.

Here is what each of the 36 states got after all deductions were made.

Lagos state N7.92 billion

Rivers N9.05 billion

Delta N7.39 billion

Bayelsa N7.6 billion

Kano N5.2 billion



Abia N3.01 billion

Adamawa N3.14 billion

Cross River N2.04 billio

Ekiti N2.16 billion

Edo N2.54 billion,

Kaduna State N4.23 billion

Zamfara, N2.58 billion.

Anambra N3.43 billion

Benue N3.37 billion

Borno N3.9 billion

Ebonyi N2.99 billion

Enugu N3.34 billion

Gombe N2.61 billion

Nassarawa N2.92 billion

Imo N2.97 billion

Kogi N3.39 billion

Yobe N3.29 billion

Taraba N2.89 billion

Sokoto N3.62 billion

Plateau N2.31 billion

The report also showed that the Federal Capital Territory got N4.7 billion from the Federal Government’s share of the distributable revenue in September.

The breakdown shows in a report obtained from a source at the office of the Accountant-General of the Federation in Abuja on Sunday.
 
Rivers State got highest but he shouldn't use it for your party convention rather the money should be used judiciously e.g payment of workers salaries e.g local govt.

We just hope it works out well. No one can trust politicians, not even their wives :)
