Super Eagles midfielder, Joel Obi has revealed that he is working hard to earn his place back in the nation's national team.
Obi showed glimpses of greatness when he first made his debut for Nigeria, but injuries have not helped his cause sine then
"My target lately is to improve my game and also return to the Eagles. I’m working very hard to convince the team handlers I deserve a recall” he told footballlive.ng
Turning his attention to the Eagles qualifiers against Congo in Pointe Noire, the 23-year old said he’s confident the team will give a good account of themselves.
” Nigeria will have a good game in Congo,and I hope it means 3 points from them. I wish the guys the best,” Obi stated.
