Honeywell Flour Mills has announced the resignation of Dr. Teddy Ngu as its Director, with effect from the 30th September, 2016.
According to a report from WorldState, Dr. Ngu resigned following his relocation to the United States of America.
In a statement issued on Tuesdya, Honeywell said his resignation letter will be tabled before the Board of Directors during its quarterly meeting in December 2016, where it will be formally accepted.
