Nigeria - Public relations officer of the Nigerian police force, Olabisi Kolawole, has disclosed that the police is yet to arrest Senate President Bukola Saraki because it hasn't gotten the bench warrant to arrest him.
The code of conduct tribunal had issued a warrant for saraki's arrest following his failure to appear in court to face a fake asset declaration charge leveled against him.
"We have not received the bench warrant till now (Saturday), and until we get the court order we cannot execute it" she said according to Punch.
